What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of non-clinical personnel to operationalize drug value strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for traditional and value-based drug rebate agreements.
- Manage the technical aspects of rebate agreements, including drafting, redlining, and final execution.
- Ensure the accurate and timely receipt and allocation of rebate funds to clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external operational and technical support teams to maintain system functionality.
- Handle staff management duties, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and budget oversight.
Requirements
- Must be based in Pennsylvania, USA (Office-based or Remote).
- 7 years of progressive experience in health plan strategy, administration, or program/product development.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong skills in analytical reasoning, problem solving, and team building.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Registered Pharmacist certification.
- Experience in a pharmacy benefit manager setting supporting strategic cost-savings initiatives.
