What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting processes for Business and Go-to-Market teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders and executives, primarily across the EMEA region.
• Source and build healthy, representative talent pipelines while managing inbound applications.
• Use data to shape hiring strategies and communicate insights to drive meaningful change.
• Develop sourcing strategies including cold outreach, events, and content production.
• Orchestrate initiatives relating to belonging, equity, and inclusion (BEI).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth business.
• Experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders across the EMEA region.
• Native or fluent proficiency in French.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SaaS and scaling tech landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage and excite top talent.
