Salary: 225,000 PLN – 330,000 PLN

What you will do

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions leveraging the IMPartner platform and Salesforce integrations.
• Lead the translation of complex business requirements into robust technical designs and end-to-end feature execution.
• Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain automated regression suites to minimize manual overhead.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Manage the full deployment cycle, including documentation, Jira approvals, and production validation.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow across downstream systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Flow Automations, and LWC.
• Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms, with proven experience in IMPartner.
• 1-2 years of background in general software engineering (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Expertise in AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector search methodologies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and secure Salesforce solution development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive technical direction independently.
