What you will do

• Build and manage external relationships with nurses, pharmacists, and advanced practice providers in the Philadelphia territory.
• Develop strategic territory plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate medical staff on disease state awareness, patient identification, and product clinical profiles.
• Conduct 1:1 presentations, round table discussions, and formal educational programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and Medical Science Liaisons.
• Document all customer interactions and clinical insights in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a health science field (RN, NP, PA, etc.) required.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience or 5 years of Oncology experience.
• Clinical practice experience in immune effector cell therapy or bone marrow transplant.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Proven experience in in-house industry sales or clinical education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
