What you will do

• Direct the development and execution of clinical strategies and evidence-generation plans for cfDNA molecular diagnostics in gynecologic cancers.
• Oversee medical education and scientific communications for healthcare providers, including tumor boards and webinars.
• Represent the company at major medical congresses such as SGO, ASCO, and ESMO.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with external experts, clinical investigators, and professional societies.
• Collaborate with R&D, biostatistics, and clinical operations on protocol development, data analysis, and peer-reviewed publications.
• Support investigator-initiated research and real-world evidence generation to advance the standard of care.

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with board certification in Gynecologic Oncology or Medical Oncology with a significant gyn focus.
• Minimum 5 years of post-training experience in oncology with a strong background in clinical R&D.
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience in academia, biopharma, biotech, or diagnostics.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Deep knowledge of gynecologic malignancies and molecular biomarkers (HRD, MSI/Lynch, HPV).
