IT Systems Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with the CTO, IT Leadership, and Global Project Delivery teams to support the strategic technology roadmap.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects including systems, infrastructure, information security, and data analytics.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, facilitating workshops and resolving challenges to maintain momentum.
• Identify potential project risks and lead collaborative problem-solving processes.
• Secure and allocate project resources, including cross-functional teams and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management with a history of successful delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Experience with complex technical integration projects involving in-house and 3rd party resources.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to control costs.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience working with agile teams.
• Proficiency in Monday.com.
