What you will do

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.
• Manage project resources and budgets to ensure business cases and benefits are validated and achieved.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate change impact across people, processes, and technology.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and collaboration across diverse teams and time zones.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors in compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to continuous learning and development within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements

• Experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably across different regions.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience in systems implementation, specifically within testing and rollout phases.
• Strong understanding of change and risk management, including stakeholder needs analysis.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Smartsheets, and Teams.
• Must be based in London, UK.

• Experience with finance systems implementation.
