What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchase order process in compliance with corporate procurement guidelines.
• Issue and manage tenders and RFQs to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve operational queries or issues.
• Maintain data accuracy for local purchasing records, info records, and quote agreements.
• Conduct market benchmarking to support the development of procurement strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a procurement role.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Armitage, UK.
• Full clean driving licence required for travel to supplier meetings.
• Strong understanding of purchasing practices for both direct and indirect goods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SAP.
• Progress towards or willingness to obtain CIPS qualification.
