What you will do
- Drive and implement regional real estate development strategies aligned with global growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with local government agencies, utilities, and planning boards to unlock entitlement and permitting pathways.
- Partner with internal sales teams to translate regional infrastructure realities into actionable go-to-market opportunities.
- Manage local JV partnerships and key vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with scope and performance metrics.
- Identify new site opportunities and maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape and land use constraints.
- Act as the regional public face, engaging with community members and elected officials to maintain a positive reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure delivery, or site acquisition.
- Proven track record of navigating entitlements and executing regional strategies with municipalities.
- Deep understanding of regional utility dynamics and land use policy.
- High proficiency in financial analysis, project planning, and executive communication.
- Location: Must be based in the USA
