Requirements:
• Proven experience as Commercial Director, Sales Director, or similar senior leadership role
• Strong track record in sales growth and business development
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen
• Native or fluent Russian speaker
• English at professional working proficiency
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
