What you will do

• Lead the evolution of implementational planning and drive media transformation projects for key clients.
• Oversee soft P&L, manage commercial plans, and identify new business growth opportunities.
• Line manage and coach a team of Account Directors to foster expertise in integrated media and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Data & Analytics, Investment, and Strategy to align media goals.
• Define and implement robust media testing frameworks and reporting infrastructure using WPP Open Intelligence.
• Present complex integrated media strategies to senior stakeholders and advise on emerging industry trends.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven leadership experience in planning and buying across diverse media channels (digital, traditional, audio, VOD, AV).
• Deep understanding of full-funnel brand and performance media strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and supporting new business pitches.
• Highly numerate with the ability to interrogate data from tools like TGI, YouGov, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
