What you will do
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on organizational design and day-to-day management.
- Coach leaders on performance reviews, promotions, and compensation strategies.
- Develop talent strategies, including performance management and career paths.
- Lead global People Experience (PX) projects, acting as the voice of Tech teams.
- Manage the end-to-end people process from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements
- Significant experience in HR processes (hiring, training, performance management).
- Deep expertise as an HRBP in Org Design, Change Management, and Talent Management.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to connect business goals to metrics.
- Fluent Polish and advanced English proficiency.
- Legal right to work in Poland (no visa sponsorship provided).
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with Engineering teams.
- Knowledge of labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany, or Italy.
- Spanish language skills.
