Location: Based in Poland (Warsaw preferable), remote friendly

What you will do

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on organizational design and day-to-day management.
  • Coach leaders on performance reviews, promotions, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop talent strategies, including performance management and career paths.
  • Lead global People Experience (PX) projects, acting as the voice of Tech teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end people process from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in HR processes (hiring, training, performance management).
  • Deep expertise as an HRBP in Org Design, Change Management, and Talent Management.
  • Data-oriented mindset with the ability to connect business goals to metrics.
  • Fluent Polish and advanced English proficiency.
  • Legal right to work in Poland (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with Engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of labor law in Spain, Poland, Germany, or Italy.
  • Spanish language skills.
