What you will do

• Manage and develop relationships with the active client base.
• Identify client needs and guide them in exploring platform features.
• Consult and assist clients with payments for additional hirify.global products.
• Handle churn by identifying reasons for cancellation and communicating the value of cooperation to ensure retention.
• Maintain documentation and reports within the CRM system.
• Negotiate and conclude service agreements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Budapest, Hungary
• At least 6 months of experience in client service or customer success.
• English: B1 level or higher required
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-energy environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription-based services, advertising, or digital products.
• Knowledge of Russian and Ukrainian languages.
