What you will do

• Identify and investigate cardholder fraud and high-risk merchant processing activities.
• Review and action Card Brand alerts, reporting suspicious activity to associations.
• Evaluate merchant requests for bank account updates and product control settings.
• Validate suspicious transactions by contacting merchants and reviewing invoices or sales slips.
• Educate merchants on fraud prevention strategies to minimize potential losses.
• Process electronic funds transfers and wires while maintaining service level agreements.
