What you will do

• Facilitate the primary issuance of bonds, certificates of deposits, and commercial papers into the market.
• Monitor corporate action events and handle associated payments, including coupons, redemptions, and buy-backs.
• Manage ADR conversions as a local custodian and provide Paying Agency Services for third-party issuers.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial and positional discrepancies across various custodian accounts.
• Collaborate with Amsterdam operations, Treasury, Front Office, and external agents to ensure quality transaction processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual fee-related reports and invoices for Debt Capital Market fees.

Requirements

• Solid grasp of financial markets and securities services.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
• Knowledge of SWIFT message formats (MT566, MT564, MT565, MT599, MT535, MT950, MT202).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be willing to work mid-shift schedules and on public holidays.
• Must be based in Manila.
