What you will do

• Lead an organization of 7+ teams, directly managing Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.
• Partner with Product Directors and VPs to align roadmaps with commercial goals and technical strategy.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI-first engineering practices within the SDLC.
• Foster a culture of mentorship and coaching to grow leadership capabilities within the team.
• Balance the delivery of commercial value with the management of technical debt and architectural risks.
• Oversee holistic team health using data to drive tangible and continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Exceptional experience managing and growing other managers and senior individual contributors.
• Proven track record of leading multiple teams through rapid scaling or organizational shifts.
• Strong background in modern software architecture to maintain technical credibility with senior staff.
• Demonstrable ability to use data and metrics as a tool for continuous improvement.
• Expert communication skills for advocating technical excellence and influencing senior leadership.
• Existing work authorization (the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship)
