What you will do
- Lead an organization of 7+ teams, directly managing Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers.
- Partner with Product Directors and VPs to align roadmaps with commercial goals and technical strategy.
- Drive the adoption and integration of AI-first engineering practices within the SDLC.
- Foster a culture of mentorship and coaching to grow leadership capabilities within the team.
- Balance the delivery of commercial value with the management of technical debt and architectural risks.
- Oversee holistic team health using data to drive tangible and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Exceptional experience managing and growing other managers and senior individual contributors.
- Proven track record of leading multiple teams through rapid scaling or organizational shifts.
- Strong background in modern software architecture to maintain technical credibility with senior staff.
- Demonstrable ability to use data and metrics as a tool for continuous improvement.
- Expert communication skills for advocating technical excellence and influencing senior leadership.
- Existing work authorization (the company is unable to provide visa sponsorship)
