Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid). Relocation support available.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end process of turning product, marketing, and account signals into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Define and improve qualification criteria and routing rules to connect signals with the right sales and SDR owners.
  • Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, and cleanup processes.
  • Partner with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to optimize workflows and automation.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the funnel through process changes, reporting, and data improvements.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for CRM workflows, integrations, and operational tooling.

Requirements

  • Experience in growth, revenue, or sales operations within a B2B software or technology company.
  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification and pipeline creation.
  • Ability to design scalable qualification frameworks and routing logic.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation, sales engagement tools, and analytics systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into practical business decisions.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam, Netherlands.
