Salary: €3,600–€4,000 per month.

What you will do

• Develop complex analyses, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
• Drive data transparency and quality initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
• Act as a business partner between operational teams and management to translate data into recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Must be able to work on-site in Sevenum, Netherlands.
• Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across different management levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365.
• Interest in cloud-based data platforms, specifically Databricks.
