What you will do

  • Act as a strategic finance business partner to the CIO and senior technology leadership, supporting data-driven IT decisions.
  • Develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks.
  • Lead and support robust business case development for high-impact initiatives and ensure capital goes to highest value opportunities.
  • Own technology cost and investment reporting, ensuring accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
  • Monitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in controlling, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, especially CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions.
  • Experience or affinity with digital business models and/or eCommerce environments.
  • Confident communication with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment.
