What you will do

  • Support the Head of Sales in daily revenue operations and strategic planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to drive process improvements and performance measurement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics like pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and KPIs to provide actionable business insights.
  • Develop and implement scalable sales frameworks, playbooks, and CRM improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations to translate client needs into product enhancements.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends to align outreach strategies with market needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Excel for reporting and dashboard management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret vast data sets and reconcile conflicting information.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are considered a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
