Senior Recruiter Tech GTM (Talent Acquisition): Building and managing candidate pipelines for go-to-market roles at a leading global technology company with an accent on targeted sourcing, recruitment marketing, and consultative hiring support. Focus on identifying passive talent, evaluating role-specific fit, advising hiring managers, and delivering strong candidate slates through a structured recruitment cycle.

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with three days per week in the office. Standard office hours. The project is expected to start in September or October.

What you will do

• Define job scopes and hiring requirements with hiring leaders.
• Source active and passive candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, social media, Boolean search, and deep web techniques.
• Build recruitment marketing campaigns and engage talent communities through phone, email, and digital outreach.
• Conduct structured phone interviews, assess candidate fit, and administer skills testing when required.
• Keep candidates engaged, provide timely process updates, prepare them for interviews, and support offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate recruiting reports, advise hiring managers on market conditions, and mentor other recruiters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting for GTM positions and demonstrating niche segment or industry expertise.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and deep web sourcing techniques.
• Ability to use recruiting technologies, follow documentation processes, and comply with applicable regulations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Warsaw, with three office days per week.
