Salary: £28,000 basic plus commission of up to 30% of billings

What you will do

• Build and manage a profitable contract recruitment desk from the ground up.
• Identify and win new contract opportunities through proactive business development calls.
• Source and qualify specialist contractors based on skills, availability, and rates.
• Manage the full lifecycle including interviews, offers, onboarding, and assignments.
• Negotiate contract rates and protect commercial margins.
• Handle contractor extensions and ensure compliance with IR35 and right-to-work checks.

Requirements

• Proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets.
• Confidence and resilience in telephone-based business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Consistent work ethic and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work from the Swindon office Monday to Thursday.
