What you will do

• Manage full-cycle 360 recruitment, including sourcing, building, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
• Create and nurture talent communities using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
• Proactively target new business opportunities using cross-selling and business development techniques.
• Build and share deep market knowledge of vertical markets including Insurance, Financial Services, and Technology.
• Collaborate with wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions for client needs.
• Mentor, train, and coach junior consultants.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a revenue-generating recruitment role within Insurance.
• Proven experience in contract and temporary recruitment.
• Strong business development and candidate engagement skills.
• Demonstrable expertise in winning new business within the insurance market.
• Confident communication and active listening skills.
