What you will do

• Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks to guide product strategy.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define success metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain scalable analytics infrastructure for reporting and experimentation.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on funnels and cohorts to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and statistical experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Define instrumentation and success frameworks for 0→1 product initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in product data science or analytics within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Expertise in A/B testing, causal inference, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
