What you will do

• Own a portfolio of production ML models driving acquisition, monetization, and retention decisions.
• Lead experimentation infrastructure, including A/B testing and geo-experiments to measure causal impact.
• Guide and elevate the technical direction of marketing and growth analyst teams.
• Prototype and implement LLM-based agentic workflows to accelerate existing business processes.
• Proactively identify high-leverage opportunities and set ambitious targets for the data science roadmap.
• Manage the full lifecycle of ML problems from ideation through production and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on Data Science and Machine Learning experience with a track record of production models.
• MSc or higher in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and experience mentoring strong individual contributors.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with comfort across the modern ML and data stack.
• Strong foundations in statistics and the ability to ship production-grade models.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical designs to various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with causal inference, geo-experiments, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling.
• Domain experience applying data science to marketing, growth, or monetization use cases.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs or agentic frameworks in a production environment.
