What you will do

• Own and deliver the roadmap for the core trading and execution platform.
• Collaborate with execution brokers to improve algorithmic performance and coordinate A/B testing.
• Onboard new execution brokers and implement approved execution enhancements.
• Build, maintain, and improve Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) reporting.
• Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform alongside a senior engineering team.
• Participate in the production support rota.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience with strong Java skills.
• Prior experience in execution systems at a bank, hedge fund, or financial services firm.
• Exposure to equities trading or related markets.
• Degree in a STEM discipline.
