What you will do

• Monitor platform systems and live games using observability tools to detect performance, gameplay, and payout anomalies.
• Identify, classify, and escalate incidents, supporting coordination, investigation, and resolution.
• Execute operational checks, configuration validation, and follow established runbooks and escalation paths.
• Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to highlight systemic issues.
• Manage operator onboarding and validate readiness for go-live checkpoints.
• Improve monitoring automation, tooling, and operational playbooks to enhance early detection.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, NOC, live operations, or production support.
• Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure, real-time environments.
• Strong communication and structured thinking.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Philippines, Georgia, Bulgaria, Hungary, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or gaming environments.
• Familiarity with Datadog, Grafana, or Kibana.
• Understanding of incident management frameworks.
• Exposure to onboarding or release processes.
