What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing operators in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with process and equipment engineers to improve efficiency and perform troubleshooting.
• Schedule manpower and equipment allocation to maximize throughput and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Resolve operational issues and emergencies while implementing 6S standards.
• Manage bottleneck tools and key product movements based on equipment capacity.
• Organize operator training, certification, and performance evaluations to ensure skill development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wuxi, China.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is required.
• 3+ years of experience in wafer Fab work or team management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean and QS/ISO standards.
• Technical drawing skills.
