What you will do

• Operate and debug automated gluing and dispensing equipment.
• Monitor process quality and perform fine-tuning for optimal production output.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and process documentation to conduct self-inspections.
• Apply knowledge of adhesive solutions and industry standards to production workflows.
• Maintain production line standards in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a fastener pre-coating factory.
• Proficiency in operating and debugging automated dispensing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical process documents.
• Understanding of 5S and lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience with automotive or 3C precision fastener coating is highly preferred.
