What you will do

• Lead material compliance testing and coordination across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address material compliance risks.
• Review and justify substance test reports to ensure material compliance.
• Manage and mentor team members and newcomers in testing procedures.
• Oversee equipment calibration and gage R&R processes.
• Track new environmental legislation and develop corresponding testing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of REACH, RoHS, EU POPs, and USA EPA TSCA requirements.
• Experience with materials testing methods such as XRF, FTIR, and GC/LC MS.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) systems.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) is required.
