What you will do
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, execution, and payment collection to achieve company KPIs.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities from OEM manufacturers and SME clients.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by expanding the range of products sold.
- Collect and analyze market information and competition trends to provide strategic reports.
- Adhere to company compliance and HSE policies, including safety training and emergency drills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of related work experience with a proven record of successful sales performance.
- English: Proficiency in reading and writing is required (speaking and listening skills are a plus).
- Location: Must be based in Suzhou, China and able to adapt to frequent business trips.
- Proactive working attitude and strong ability to learn technical product knowledge.
Nice to have
- Experience in the cable industry or with Crane & Mining OEMs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and CRM systems.
