What you will do

• Drive sales growth in the assigned area through direct and indirect channels.
• Manage and build strong customer relationships, focusing on new acquisitions and repeat business.
• Assess customer technical needs to suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
• Deliver professional sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop and implement medium-to-long-term sales strategies to diversify customer base.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and after-sales service.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Sales Engineer for high-quality industrial machines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Compressed Air Systems.
