What you will do

• Lead the team in conceiving and creating innovative artistic visuals for AAA titles.
• Manage art teams effectively to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and implement solid art production pathways.
• Liaise with and present project progress to clients in a professional manner.
• Oversee resource management, assigning artists based on their specific skill sets.
• Autonomously manage project deadlines and budgets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in console development.
• At least 2 shipped titles, with at least one in a Lead Artist role.
• Proven experience in directing internal or external teams and individuals.
• Strong visual and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions when assessing risks.
• Must be able to work onsite at the Edinburgh studio.
