What you will do

• Create realistic environments and props for unannounced projects.
• Collaborate with level designers to plan spaces and narrative storytelling.
• Develop functional, shared assets within technical and artistic constraints.
• Ensure project quality by working with technical artists and implementing feedback.
• Mentor the environment art team and maintain a creative atmosphere.

Requirements

• Professional game development experience with scene profiling and optimization.
• Proficiency in lighting environments within a game engine.
• Strong knowledge of 3D software (Blender preferred) and Substance Painter.
• Expertise in PBR material workflow and high-to-low baking.
• Ability to create game-ready geometry with accurate texel density.
• Must have permanent right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
