What you will do

• Guide and support external partners in creating environments, vehicles, and level art assets.
• Provide clear technical and aesthetic feedback to maintain a high-quality bar for the project.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Lead Artists to align external content with the project vision.
• Prepare and maintain art briefs, asset packs, and style guides for external teams.
• Create high-quality models, materials, and environments to serve as production examples.
• Mentor and inspire junior artists, sharing best practices and studio workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Excellent visual and written communication skills for managing external partners.
• In-depth knowledge of high-to-low poly modeling, lighting, and PBR material authoring.
• Solid understanding of game engine tools and technical constraints (GPU, CPU, and memory).
• Ability to work efficiently from detailed concept art and reference materials.
• Experience mentoring junior artists and upholding visual benchmarks.
