What you will do

• Maintain and enhance critical HR and Sales Compensation integration solutions to support business growth.
• Design and implement improvements to strengthen application stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Build automation to reduce manual effort and streamline operational support processes.
• Ensure all solutions meet strict quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to operational readiness through the creation of runbooks and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering or integration development.
• Proficiency in Python for building integrations, automation, or services.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS) and web services (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server).
• Must be based in or able to work from the Irving, TX office on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales Compensation and HR systems and integrations.
• Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools such as Splunk, Selenium, or Power BI.
• Exposure to cloud-native or event-driven architectures.
