What you will do

• Analyze manufacturing processes across production, planning, inventory, and quality functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP and PLM system solutions.
• Configure and support ERP/PLM modules related to BOM, routing, and product lifecycle management.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, PLM, MES, and supply chain systems.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to promote system adoption.
• Lead initiatives focused on process efficiency, automation, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ERP and/or PLM consulting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience delivering ERP/PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, BOM management, and inventory control.
• Experience with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Nice to have

• SAP experience (considered a strong advantage).
• Knowledge of ERP, PLM, and MES system integrations.
