TL;DR

Solution Engineer (ERP): Acting as a technical and functional resource in the sales process for ERP solutions with an accent on manufacturing industry expertise and workflow analysis. Focus on conducting product demonstrations, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborating with product managers to drive future-ready business solutions.

Location: Must be based in Vietnam (Remote/Hybrid role with 20%-50% travel within the region).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical and functional expert during the sales cycle for prospects and customers.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and webinars for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to provide input on new product development and feature requirements.
  • Respond to complex RFI and RFP requests regarding software capabilities.
  • Provide business expertise in manufacturing, accounting, and workflow analysis.
  • Support channel partners by enabling their sales teams to effectively position and sell solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP presales or equivalent operational ERP roles.
  • Essential: Deep knowledge of the Manufacturing industry.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English is required.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering background is a plus).
  • Ability to travel 20%-50% within the region.
