What you will do

• Design and optimize end-to-end project and portfolio management processes from bid evaluation to project closure.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configuration guidelines for SAP and Microsoft Project Server.
• Guide PMOs and program managers on best practices for schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Ensure seamless integration between PPM and ERP platforms to maintain financial tracking and data integrity.
• Lead discovery, process design, and UAT activities for digital transformation initiatives.
• Deliver training, workshops, and solution demonstrations to stakeholders and end users.

Requirements

• Must be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE
• Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
• 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise PPM process design within complex engineering or defense environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project Server, SAP S/4HANA PS, and SAP EPPM.
• Proven ability to act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as PMI PMBOK and EVMS principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITAR/EAR controls and aerospace program governance.
• Knowledge of digital thread and digital twin concepts.
