What you will do

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of TMT and commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on cutting-edge technologies such as Web3, blockchain, AI, and tokenization.
• Support group corporate functions, including finance, tax, procurement, and M&A, through contract reviews and advisory.
• Analyze and advise on cross-border legal matters involving regions including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, U.S., Canada, UK, and EU.
• Structure and establish corporate entities, joint ventures, and strategic alliances for global market expansion.
• Supervise outside counsel and drive internal initiatives to optimize efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

• Admitted and licensed attorney in U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, U.K., or other common law jurisdiction.
• 6+ years of practical post-qualification experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal team.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.
• Expertise in TMT laws, regulations, and emerging trends like FinTech, blockchain, and AI.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and problem-solving skills for managing complex deal structures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global colleagues.
