What you will do

• Lead and project-manage applications for VASP, MiCA, MSB, and other regional financial licenses globally.
• Monitor and analyze shifting global crypto regulations, including developments from the SEC, CFTC, FCA, and MAS.
• Partner with the Compliance team to translate regulatory requirements into concrete operational policies and audit-ready workflows.
• Brief the executive team on regulatory changes and provide strategic guidance.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience specializing in financial regulation.
• Deep knowledge of crypto regulatory frameworks, traditional fintech structures, or payment service laws.
• Communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Must be based in Hong Kong or Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with crypto use cases and a proactive approach to risk management.
