What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts, including SaaS and market maker agreements.
- Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams to optimize terms of service and minimize user friction.
- Explain complex legal risks to non-lawyer stakeholders in plain English.
- Independently manage complex legal projects while collaborating within a team.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Professional experience in top-tier law firms or in-house legal roles.
- Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Must be located in Taipei for on-site work.
