What you will do

• Advance project management best practices and operational rigor across the studio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams and leadership regarding financial performance and delivery strategy.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management.
• Review and negotiate professional services contracts and consultant agreements.
• Monitor project profitability, forecasting, and billing processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align talent and resources with project needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing architecture, interior design, or complex professional services projects.
• Proven success leading projects through all phases from design to construction and closeout.
• Deep expertise in project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans.
• Strong understanding of contracts, fee structures, and liability considerations.
• Must be local to one of our studios (San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York) and available for regular onsite work.
