What you will do

• Build autonomous GTM systems that identify opportunities, recommend actions, and learn from outcomes at scale.
• Own full-stack product slices from prototyping to launch, including hardening, instrumentation, and evals.
• Design agent workflows combining LLM reasoning, tools, structured data, and human oversight.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for supervising and improving AI-driven workflows.
• Develop reliable backend services, APIs, and data flows integrating with internal and customer systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to ship trustworthy revenue-impacting products.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a software, product, or full-stack engineer building high-quality user-facing products.
• Strong frontend and full-stack skills, including comfort with modern web apps, APIs, and data models.
• Proven track record of turning ambiguous ideas into shipped products in 0-to-1 environments.
• Excitement about building AI systems that use tools, make recommendations, and coordinate with humans.
• High bar for UX quality, interaction details, accessibility, and reliability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience building GTM, sales, growth, or internal-product systems.
• Knowledge of LLM applications, agentic workflows, or developer tools.
• Experience with feedback loops, telemetry, experimentation, and measurement systems.
• Experience building products where quality, reliability, privacy, and safety are critical.
