What you will do

• Define and drive manufacturing test strategy for boards, trays, and system-level hardware across EVT, DVT, PVT, and production ramp.
• Develop and manage test coverage for ICT, structural tests, board-level functional tests, and system-level bring-up tests.
• Collaborate with electrical, system, and software teams to define test requirements and validate failure isolation and debug hooks.
• Partner with JDMs, contract manufacturers, and equipment vendors to implement and qualify test stations, fixtures, and automation.
• Analyze manufacturing test results and yield trends to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Establish scalable standards and best practices for manufacturing test development across the hardware portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, product test, or NPI test development.
• Experience with ICT, board-level functional test, or system-level manufacturing test specifically for servers or AI Accelerators.
• Strong hands-on debugging skills using BMC/Host logs, schematics, and lab measurements to identify root causes.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, JDMs, or system integrators to deploy production test solutions.
• Proficiency with Python, Bash, Linux-based diagnostics, and test software frameworks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DFT principles and their influence on testability and production yield.
• Experience with failure analysis and root-cause investigations in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting high-volume production ramps and factory bring-up in Asia or other global environments.
