What you will do

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers and data scientists within the Business Intelligence department.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders in Customer Support, Host Experience, and Sales to influence product strategy and revenue growth.
• Translate complex business problems into analytical requirements and communicate findings to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Build high-quality analytical solutions and technical frameworks to drive operational efficiency.
• Support the evolution of analytics practices through knowledge sharing and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar).
• Experience with data visualization and communicating insights to senior decision-makers.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Munich, Germany to support the hybrid office requirement.
• Active fluency in AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to enhance coding, planning, and general workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS stack (Redshift, Athena, Glue, S3).
• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, and Looker.
