What you will do

• Build business analytics dashboards to track KPI development and trends.
• Automate recurring data tasks to eliminate manual upkeep and reduce errors.
• Develop tailor-made applications, databases, and integrations between core systems.
• Analyze raw system data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Use AI coding tools to rapidly prototype and improve internal tools.
• Proactively improve data quality, structure, and collection processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to build functional tools using AI coding tools (personal projects, internships, etc.).
• Working knowledge of at least one coding language or the ability to learn quickly via AI.
• Business-fluent English and German.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and rigor when building decision-support tools.
• Proactivity in learning new skills and working independently.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience building databases.
• Experience developing business analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with BI tools and data pipeline concepts.
