What you will do

• Design and operate reliable data pipelines using Python and SQL for voice and text interaction data.
• Manage data lifecycles within PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch databases.
• Build and maintain scalable dbt projects to ensure high-quality, governed data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators like resolution rates and intent accuracy.
• Develop business-facing dashboards in Looker and internal applications using Streamlit.
• Implement proactive alerting frameworks for data quality, latency, and AI context-retrieval monitoring.

Requirements

• Deep experience writing clean, maintainable Python and SQL code for data processing.
• Expert-level experience with dbt and cloud data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience operating and optimizing PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for application and pipeline monitoring.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Karlsruhe.

Nice to have

• Experience building automated LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with RAG/CAG mechanics and vector search optimization.
• Experience with speech transcription pipelines or telephony data.
• Background in contact center data or CRM integrations.
• Experience designing reports in Looker.
