RevOrg Data Analytics Manager / Lead Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Lead the RevOrg Data Analyst team and own strategic revenue analytics across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Enablement with an accent on KPI/dashboard governance, forecasting & attribution frameworks, and executive-ready revenue insights. Focus on building scalable analytics foundations, driving data quality and governance, and improving data pipelines in partnership with Data Engineering and CRM.

Location: München; hybrid options with remote work within the EU

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the RevOrg Analyst team; set analytical standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and evolve RevOrg KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks to support predictable revenue growth.
  • Own forecasting, scoring, attribution, and productivity analytics; deliver executive-ready reporting and recommendations.
  • Align GTM functions (Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, CRM, Enablement) on metrics, data structures, and a unified source of truth.
  • Co-own data governance frameworks (field definitions, data standards) and drive data quality and pipeline hygiene.
  • Provide technical direction on modeling, attribution, forecasting, and visualization; partner with Data Engineering and CRM teams to improve data pipelines.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in data analytics in B2B SaaS; RevOps or GTM analytics experience strongly preferred.
  • Prior team leadership or mentorship experience.
  • Strong SQL skills; strong Python/R; advanced data visualization proficiency.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights effectively with executives.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in München with remote work available within the EU.

Nice to have

  • Experience in RevOps or Revenue Strategy teams.
  • Experience scaling analytics teams in a growing SaaS environment.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD).
