What you will do

• Analyze performance across commercial, product, and financial dimensions to support decision-making.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
• Convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical investigations and hypotheses.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for self-service data access.
• Monitor company-wide profitability and support P&L oversight to identify margin risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure data architecture supports scalable analytics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business or Product Analytics across multiple domains.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and predictive modeling.
• Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau or Looker for executive-level reporting.
• Deep understanding of performance KPIs like ROAS, LTV, CPI, and attribution models.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany in a hybrid capacity.
