What you will do
- Analyze performance across commercial, product, and financial dimensions to support decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to optimize campaigns and budget allocation.
- Convert ambiguous business questions into structured analytical investigations and hypotheses.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for self-service data access.
- Monitor company-wide profitability and support P&L oversight to identify margin risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure data architecture supports scalable analytics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business or Product Analytics across multiple domains.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and predictive modeling.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau or Looker for executive-level reporting.
- Deep understanding of performance KPIs like ROAS, LTV, CPI, and attribution models.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany in a hybrid capacity.

- Experience with mobile gaming applications.
